If I was judging you on customer service I would give you 10/10. You left no stone unturned to ensure that we knew everything and that our time at the cottage would be a really positive experience - which it certainly was.
The cottage is beautifully appointed, aesthetically pleasing, very comfortable, peaceful and convenient for the town. Full marks again. The shop across the road is a bonus too. Your attention to detail in the info folder was exemplary and very easy to follow. The welcome pack was a big unexpected surprise - thank you for that. I just wanted to write and say thank you for a wonderful stay at Regatta Cottage. We loved the house, as a couple who have rented all over the world, this must be one of the smartest and nicest houses we have rented. It is so nice to be in a property that has space and light, whilst also providing every 'mod con' and (very important to us) great, modern, good quality bathrooms.
It is such a quiet house, especially as it is located so close to the town, ferries, restaurants and bars. Your information folder made sure we got fully acquainted with and became fans of the Isle of Wight. We had some fabulous walks on the Tennyson Downs.
We would be happy to recommend the house to friends and family and we will ensure they have your website. We are now living in France and would love to come back and stay when we are visiting England. Take care and thank you once again for a wonderful stay. All the best, Lisa and Peter
